What is the Godrej Global Business City buying group?
A group of buyers who each want a home at Godrej Global Business City. We negotiate one bulk price with the developer for all of them. You get a lower price than you would buying alone, for the same home.
Is Godrej Global Business City registered with RERA?
Not yet. Godrej Properties won this 23.2-acre plot in the DMIC township in June 2026, and the project is in pre-launch. It has no UP RERA number so far, and a developer can take bookings only after registration. We'll show the number on this page as soon as it is issued.
What does it cost to join?
Nothing. Joining is free for buyers. We earn our fee from the developer when a deal closes.
What is an EOI, and do I have to pay one?
No. Joining the group is free. An expression of interest (EOI) is a token amount being asked for before launch: ₹2 lakh for a 1 BHK, ₹3 lakh for a 2 BHK, ₹3.5 lakh for a 2 BHK + study, ₹4 lakh for a 3 BHK, ₹5 lakh for a 3 BHK + staff room and ₹6 lakh for a 4 BHK. We are told it is fully refundable until the project is registered with RERA. If you decide to give one, pay it only to Godrej Properties' own account and get the refund terms in writing.
Will I co-own my flat with the group?
No. You book and own your own unit, 100%. The group only negotiates together.
What is the group price?
It's the rate we negotiate with the developer for the whole group, and it depends on how many buyers are in. Members get it as soon as it's agreed.
What are the carpet areas?
As indicated before launch: 1 BHK 600 to 650 sq ft, 2 BHK 850 to 950 sq ft, 2 BHK + study 1,000 to 1,100 sq ft, 3 BHK 1,200 to 1,350 sq ft, 3 BHK + staff room 1,400 to 1,550 sq ft, and 4 BHK from 1,800 sq ft. The final sizes come with the RERA registration.
Can NRIs join the Godrej Global Business City group?
